Shawna has dedicated over 30 years to building meaningful relationships with children, youth, and families.

In 2001, she established a Family Child Care Facility that caters to children aged 0-12.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care earned in 2008, she specialized in Psychology, Child Development and Behaviour Interventions, completing a 3 year practicum overseen by a Behavioral Consultant.

In 2010, she founded a Learning Centre servicing school-aged children diagnosed with Autism which she later transformed into a Non-Profit Society and supported many learners for a decade.

Today, Shawna is passionate about providing behaviour interventions and academic support for even more children at Fresh Outlook Intervention.
